DevToolKits.app Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using DevToolKits.app (the "Service"). All users of the Service ("Users") must agree to these Terms before using it.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the operator of the Service and Users regarding the Service's provision and use. By accessing or using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in any of the following when using the Service:
- Copying, modifying, adapting, distributing, reposting, redistributing, publishing, selling, or otherwise using any content on the Service (including UI design, text, screen layouts, original code, images, videos, and generated outputs without limitation).
- Creating or publishing web services, applications, white-label products, mirror sites, or derivative services that imitate or replicate the Service.
- Using automation tools, bots, scraping tools, headless browsers, or similar means for excessive access, data extraction, reverse engineering, or analysis.
- Conduct that imposes excessive load on servers, threatens security, or interferes with the operation of the Service in any way.
- Any act that violates or may violate applicable laws, regulations, rules, or public order and morals.
Article 3 (Intellectual Property and Copyright)
Copyrights and intellectual property rights to the text, design, UI, logos, images, audio, original program logic, and all other content on the Service belong to the operator or rightful owners. Users must not reproduce, repost, adapt, reuse, distribute, publicly transmit, modify, loan, lease, sell, or otherwise use these without the operator's prior written consent.
The Service may use open-source libraries under licenses such as the MIT License and BSD License, but those licenses do not authorize copying or redistribution of the entire Service. Users shall respect each OSS license and must not reuse the Service's content or structure without permission based on OSS usage.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of tools or conversion results provided by the Service. The operator bears no responsibility for any damages (including indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages without limitation) incurred by Users or third parties due to use or inability to use the Service.
The operator may change, interrupt, or terminate the Service's content, specifications, URL, provision method, or scope without notice and will not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.
Article 5 (Advertising and External Services)
Third-party advertisements (e.g., Google AdSense) may be displayed on the Service. The operator assumes no responsibility for advertisement content or the use of external sites accessed through such ads.
The Service may use cookies and other identifiers for analytics and ad delivery. Please refer to the separately defined Privacy Policy for details.
Article 6 (Handling of Access Logs and Analytics Data)
The operator may collect and analyze access logs and usage data to understand Service usage, improve the Service, and respond to incidents. Except as required by law, this data is not used to identify individuals.
Article 7 (Service Suspension and Termination)
The operator may temporarily suspend or stop providing the Service due to system maintenance, incident response, failures of communication lines or cloud services, natural disasters, or other unavoidable reasons. The operator is not responsible for damages incurred by Users as a result.
Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)
The operator may revise these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on the Service, and Users are deemed to have agreed to them by continuing to use the Service after the changes.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms and the Service are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
